How long did bridal party photos take?

I lumped everything together to take 1.5 hours but in reality i wish i spent more time on it so i didn't feel rushed and because there were poses i wanted to do but forgot about

I would estimate that our formal photos took slightly over 2 hours (wedding party, bride and groom, formal family photos, etc.). We got them done before the ceremony and didn't take any photos during cocktail hour. I would highly recommend doing a first look because cocktail hour alone may not be long enough to take all of your formal photos.

Thank you for this thread because I was wondering! We plan on doing a first look and trying to get most of our photos done before the ceremony so we can have more time to mingle with our guests during our cocktail hour.
