How does one prepare?

I tanned in a bed for five days last week and got a nice tan going, I plan on laying our for 15-20 minutes for a few days close to the wedding to keep the color. I am getting a mani-pedi the morning before the wedding and will go to breakfast the morning of my wedding with my soon-to-be husband 🥰

Im two weeks away and was wondering the same about pre-wedding pampering!

I got my first facial today and it was LIFECHANGING, not sure how i went this long without one - so much fun!

definitely going to head to the float spa next, love that place and it’ll be perfect relaxation before the big day!

Facial, mani/pedi, and massage the week of, haven't planned much else but may look into other things if the budget allows. So many options though, not even sure where to start haha

Mani/pedi two days before, spray tan a few days before, hair/makeup trial a week before.. made sure to stay hydrated and well rested!

View Quoted Comment My FH and I have been so busy that we've not had time to just relax and be together. We took a long walk, talked, flirted and enjoyed being together. It further cemented our love and commitment to one another.

Didn't cost a thing but it was the most precious thing we've done together.

With sugaring it’s only a 1 day downtime from major sweating and activity just to avoid ingrown hairs. But my skin is great even right after! I’ve had no ingrown hairs or skin sensitivity and it doesn’t hurt at all compare to waxing. I also have noticed softer skin and my hair grows back slower and finer. Life changing !!! No icky chemicals and my skin is happier.

I'll be doing a mani/pedi
I tried waxing once and was covered in rashes and hives for about two weeks 😬
My skin hates everything so I'll be sticking to routine to keep it looking good. 🤣
I'm jealous of everyone who can just wax it's so fast and the hair doesn't come back for a while, if I didn't have awful skin I might brave a Brazilian once. 😆

I think a massage for both of you is a great idea. I’m so glad to hear so many good things about waxing because I planned on trying this a few months prior to the wedding to get used to it and then again closer to my date. I’ve always been to chicken too lol But I’ve heard that you’ll love it if you find a good reputable place! Happy wedding week!

I am now thinking of waxing after this thread. Otherwise it will be manicures, brow waxing so it isn't red the day of, and honestly I hope relaxing. My sisters will be in town so dinners and hanging with them
