How do qr code Rsvps work?

So I’m definitely considering doing the QR RSVP response since it’s way more convenient but I’m not sure how it works. I know zazzle has it but do they make the code for you to use or do you purchase it separately and then send it to them?

Also I really love the minted invites. Does anyone know if they do the QR codes?

We did QR code’s on our Truly Engaging invites and loved how they turned out! We used a free QR code generator that I found online and pasted it into the invite - it was super easy. I confirmed it was good by scanning the code on my phone in the proof the company sent of the invitation before printing.
Many people commented how much they liked them! (And a few thought it wasn’t formal enough, but we assumed that would be the case 😆)

Which QR code generator did you use? I used one and it worked, then set up and ordered my invitation inserts. I tested the QR code one more time before I began sending out invitations and it was disabled. Help!
