How do i word this

I had to postpone my wedding date from may 2020- to october 2020. My photographer gave me a verbal agreement that is available for my new wedding date. i want something on paper so i was thinking of emailing him. how do i word the email?

    As a photographer myself I would simply ask for an updated contact. That protects you and the photographer. If they are good to their word then there should not be an issue. I hope that helps.

    Besides going batshit crazy in my house, in good. Motivation to do anything has decreased. I really need these gyms to open up..they about to turned into a bridezilla if I cant work on my dress figure🤣🤣

    Luckily my wedding is not until June 6, 2021..you would think its sooner the way I am planning, but I am also a Business student in college.

We are truly appreciative of your willingness to work with us by keeping our previous terms/contracts for our new date. At your earliest convenience, can you please send us a revised contract or an addendum to our existing contract for our records?

    School has gotten a bit complicated because of the COVID-19 issues. Everything has went fully online vs in class instruction. Classes start back on April 13th so we shall see how interesting this will be.

    Michelle, i completely trust my photographer in what he does. i dont feel like im the most photogenic person. any best pratices so can be more photogenic? also, tips/ suggestions of pictures i should ask him to take?
