How do i include my Future In-laws?

Sheryl, on October 29, 2019 at 4:59 PM Posted in Family and Relationships 0 3
I’ve asked this before, but it was right at the beginning of wedding planning like we had t booked anything. But, now we’ve booked a few important vendors and on top of that they moved out of state to the East Coast. my FIL have offered to pay for the rehearsal dinner and anything else, they want to be helpful. But idk how to include them without being awkward or just don’t know how to include them since they are so far away. Any ideas!?

There's not much that they need to be included in unless there are specifics that you want their opinions on. You could send them centerpiece ideas or ask if they have input on music, especially if your FS is doing a spotlight dance with one of their parents,

I’ve struggled with this as well-my future in-laws are in California and we’re in Illinois. It’s super simple, but I have a group text for my FMIL and future SIL’s and I to discuss things related to the wedding. I’ll send updates on small things and ask opinions on stuff like ideas for centerpieces.

    Hey Sheryl!

I think it's a great idea to create a group chat to keep your in-laws up-to-date with your wedding planning and to get some opinions when you need them. I'm sure they will love knowing what's going on with it.
