How do i dress the table if I'm using a Food Truck?

I'm going to be looking into having a food truck to cater for my wedding. Its going to be a chunk of time that guests can freely go eat (from a chosen 5-6 choices). My mother, traditional mid-westerner, is not a fan of this idea and thinks its unheard of. But my question is how i should go about decorating the place setting at the table. I'm obviously having a more casual wedding with the tables dressed with linens and real napkins. I feel that placing charger plates and real utensils would be a great balance and look great, but should I rent the chargers?

People did enjoy the pasta bar but I also didn’t see it as an alternate choice instead of the food truck. It showed to me that kids favorited it and my vegetarians. And some people went there for 2nd dinner but this could just be that i lucked out with my guests. What if you had the food truck prepare some food to have as an appetizer and give that to people as a buffer? How many guesys are you looking at? I’ll try uploading a photo but I ended up using Muriel’s suggestion (from earlier in this thread). I had palm tree plates from Amazon that weren’t too expensive. They looked like wood (my theme was candlelit and woodsy) and they are biodegradable which is important to me. I had mason jars and placed the napkin and utensils inside. This kept the table looking clean and simple.
Don't mind the napkins. I released this control and would've dressed them up a little more lol
