How do i dress my officiant?

I'd just ask him to wear any suit that he already owns. If he doesn't own one then he can rent one of his choosing. He doesn't need to match. I'd get him a nice bout to indicate he is an honored guest.

Our wedding party is wearing black and grey. So the BM's are wearing black dresses and the GM are wearing black and grey suites. My Fiance's sister is our officiant and we told her that she can something along those lines to fit in with the wedding party. However, we told her that if she would prefer not to, that we just ask her not to wear any bright colors. We just want to make sure that we stand out and eyes aren't on her while we are all standing up there.

I think a gray suit should work. My FH and groomsmen are all in blue too and our officiant is wearing gray. It's a nice neutral color that could really go with any color scheme.

Ours wore a dark blue suit and a plaid tie. Hubby had one Best Man, they did not match.

My dad officiated, and we had him wear the same tux and tie as the groomsmen.
