How do i cover ugly walls?!?

Ok so the Church I’m having my wedding at is beautiful, but the kitchen is too small for my reception. They have this gym they are willing to let me use but the walls clash Horribly with my Red and Grey theme. How can I cover them without costing me a fortune? If anyone had advice please help!

You could hang some drapery but I’m not sure how much it’s gonna cost you to rent or do yourself

I would definitely drape the walls and possibly add some lighting as well. Here are some examples.

I would hire draping, don’t do it yourself. That’s a lot of area to cover and it’s not worth getting injured over. The cost to drape it would not be cheap though and could run you over $2000. It might be worth looking into other community rooms, parks etc if you are on a budget

Maybe on one wall you could do butcher paper and use it as a guest book and have everyone sign it. just a thought. material on some of the other walls to cover the walls you don't like.

Honestly, it might cost a ton in fabric costs or rentals. Is there a nicer community center, local museum or other venue you might be able to rent?
