Houston Photographer Reccomendation Needed!

Hi Rachel! It ultimately comes down to style, but if I'm just recommending based on ones we've had the pleasure of working with that would be in your price range, try these three; Speedlight Media, Marsha Anderson Photography, and G Pictorial.

Google "Wedding Photographers Houston" Look at their portfolios...don't look at the price yet! When you find 4 or 5 you really like (based on style and quality) then look at the price. Base your search first on what you like, rather on price. And then, remember, for the most part, you get what you pay for...and a good wedding photographer isn't going to shoot 8 hours or all day for you for less than $2,000. Hope this helps!

Searching for photographers can be very overwhelming. There are a lot of us out there (and I am not even referring to people who just got their first SLR and want to get into wedding photography). The amount of options can be overwhelming. However, it's a big investment that shouldn't be taken lightly. What I would do is look at photographers whose work you like. Once you have done that narrow them down by price. Lastly select your top 5 and set-up in person consultations. Ask to see full weddings, sample albums (if they are offering them), references to past clients. Make sure you like the photographer's personality because you will be spending more time with him/her/them than you will be with your FH the day of the wedding.

We just decided on going with George Street a couple of weeks ago. Got the package with 2 photographers (lead for 8 hours, 2nd for 6), wedding album, unlimited photos, hi res digital negatives.
