House hunting

Futuremrsm, on December 17, 2019 at 10:17 AM Posted in Community Conversations 0 10
So on top of planning a wedding and finishing up college, we also decided that we want a house. Guess we thought we didnt have enough on our plate right?

We almost got a house in July but stuff came up in the inspection that we didnt expect so we had to walk away from it.
Fast forward to last week, we put an offer in on a bank owned house that we liked, yesterday we recieved an email that there were multiple offers and to submit our "best and final" offer. We are currently waiting on hearing back for our final offer and I'm freaking out.
FH was so upset about the last one and I can tell he really likes this house, and I think we'll both be upset if it's a no :/. Its by all our family, and in a great school district for our future kids. And in our budget!
I'm just posting on here for good vibes, prayers, and whatever you have! We haven't told any family so they're not disappointed as well if it's a no.

Good luck! Either way it goes, remember that everything happens for a reason! If they decline your offer, it’s because there’s an even better house out there for you.

Good luck! I understand totally, we were looking to while we were planning the wedding. We didn't have any luck until recently. Our wedding was this past October, and we just closed on our new home yesterday. I hope everything goes well for you!!

Good luck! I'm sure it will all work out. We got engaged December 2017, bought a house July 2018, and got married July 2019. During that time my husband graduated (May 2018) and started his first job & I was working full time, plus we were (and still are) in the process of renovating our entire house. You'll end up in the house you were supposed to be in!
