I'm getting married at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset NJ in July 2021. There are a lot of hotels to choose from on the same street as the venue. It does not seem like any of the hotels have a nice restaurant attached to it so we can host a "farewell" brunch the day after the wedding for guests who stay over. Has any Palace brides booked a hotel they liked and/or hosted a brunch at?

A farewell brunch sounds like such a nice way to see your guests that stayed over before everyone goes their own way and thank them for coming!
Do you specifically want to host this at a hotel? Or would a restaurant work also?
OpenTable could be a great place to check out for restaurants in the area that could host this!
How many guests will you be inviting?

I'd like to have the brunch at the hotel so our guests can come by before they leave. It will likely be around 30 people.
