A typical wording for the Hotel block is as follows:

"A block of rooms has been reserved for your convenience. Please book your rooms by {X Date} and mention the "Jones-Smith" wedding to receive the discounted rate."

We are offering a shuttle and need to know a head count. We put a hotel card in the invitation that listed the hotels we have room blocks at. At the top we stated that we are offering shuttle service.

On the RSVP card we have:

If you're doing any type of Out of Town bags, a brochure with shuttle information on it would be helpful. How do you know though how large your shuttle should be? We're only giving transportation to the Out of Town guests to/from the hotel and venue.
