Have you reached out to her recently? Also, did you sign a contract with her? I would try to get in contact with her in the next day or two. Email, phone call, etc.

How long ago was it when she said she’d reach out a week before? It’s a week before now...
call/text/email as much as you can to get a call (preferably FaceTime!) scheduled. You may want to start browsing other options as a backup.

If I were you, I would keep trying to get in touch with her and maybe find another officiant as a backup plan.

Do you have a family member or friend that would be willing to be your (emergency back up) officiant? There are tons of easy ways to get it done online super quick! You can also google Ceremony "scripts" for them to read just in case this girl doesn't pan out! Fingers crossed for you!
