I just need some advice, suggestions on this…. So, I have not been wanting to do the garter removal or bouquet toss, though FH wants to do them because they are "tradition." He really doesn't have a better reason than that one. I have been coming up with various alternatives but FH doesn't like any of them. Now, I just had this idea. One of my good friends was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago. A bunch of stuff has happened since then in addition to that, and her friends have created donation websites because they are struggling financially. Because of my own expenses I have not been able to help her financially. So, I just thought maybe we could give them the bouquet to honor them as a couple (actually an awesome married couple), and attach a gift card for a nice restaurant to the bouquet. I know they don't have money to go out right now, so I thought this would be nice.
Now, if this was you (my friend) would mind if I did this?
