Honeymooons !!!!

Because our wedding is a week before Xmas (12/17/20) we got lucky that the our kids will be home for vacation. Our wedding will be on a Thursday so our honeymoon will be Friday the 18 to Thursday the 24th. FH knows people that own businesses and hotels so we got lucky that a good friend of his is letting us reserve a honeymoon suite for the whole week in Jamaica as a wedding gift for us! I’m so excited and can’t wait 😊

Nice! We wanted to stay in the states and they were both places neither of us had been. We are also doing a honeymoon photo shoot in Central Park! Can't wait.

We intend to do Greece and Spain in Spring 2021 which is a bit after the wedding, but an ideal time to go. We may make it where our birthdays (same day) are included in the travel dates since it will be his 40th.

I should mention 3 weeks in length.

View Quoted Comment Yeah, we considered that. We ended up wanting fall since it's our preferred season (I am a Halloween fanatic, but he didn't want the costume party wedding). We got engaged on our birthday.

We’re going on a cruise to Key west and Cozumel in November! We wanted to wait until it was a little colder here (in Michigan) to go back to the warmth lol. Getting married in 15 days!

We went to Hawaii (Maui & Oahu) for a week in July, it was perfect!

We went before the wedding lol, we spent 2.5 weeks driving out to California and back. We brought a tent and just slept where ever we ended up that night. Loads of fun!

Getting married in April but FH is a teacher so we’re doing a 7 day cruise from Ny to Florida, Nassau Bahamas, and great stirrup cay Bahamas in July
