My fiance and I LOVE cruises, we actually considered a cruise until COVID came around and people were coming from cruises sick. If better by next year we may rethink that!

Yeah, I really want to do it!! Neither FH nor I have ever taken a cruise, but we both know lots of people who have, and they all love it!!

I'm praying that the cruise lines reopen early next year, so we can have our dream honeymoon!

I have noticed in my research that there are cruises for the different regions of the caribbean (southern, western, etc.). Is there one region you would recommend over the others? It's so hard to decide! I want to visit ALL of those islands! But the cruises have them broken up into regions. That makes sense, as going to all of them would take about a month of cruising! lol

I sure hope not. We have no idea what we will do if we end up not being able to go so I guess we'll have to look up a back up plan. With covid though, it's still hard.

View Quoted Comment I mostly prefer Eastern (Bahamas, Grand Turk, St. Thomas, St. Martin etc). I feel like it’s more islands to visit on the eastern ones BUT western ones also has amazing places (Jamaica, Mexico etc). I think you guys will have fun no matter what you choose. And they are VERY cost efficient, not expensive at all!

View Quoted Comment I have already noticed how affordable it is. I agree that we'll have fun no matter where we go. Also, we're in California, so seeing Mexico isn't a big selling point for us. We can go there almost any time, and have. Yeah St. Thomas and St. Maarten are 2 of the islands I want to visit! Thanks for the tips!

Our cruise from Baltimore to the Bahamas is still on the books and that’s what we will be doing unless the cruise line cancels it.
Both of our passports have come in, and I’m excited to do another first for him.

View Quoted Comment Not really, we both have been there for day trips growing up, and he is really into the civil war era... they have some nice looking bed and breakfasts/ air b’n’b’s up there we wanna try.. we are both proud virgins and looking for a nice, romantic week to ourselves where we can be secluded and enjoy each other, lol

Yea, I know. I guess we'll see what happens over time. Right now we're good, but we still have a few months and anything can happen. Hoping it does get better but with how a lot of people are acting, my hopes aren't high lol.
