Beginner October 2021

Honeymoon 🥰

on June 27, 2020 at 8:16 PM Posted in Honeymoon 0 11
Hey everyone!
I’m looking for places to go on my honeymoon! My wedding isn’t until October 2021, but I wanted to go ahead and start planning so I can link it to my honeyfund!
We’re looking for all inclusive tropical destinations! Any suggestions for places, travel angencies, etc.? We really want a bungalow, but are open to all ideas!
Thank you! ❤️❤️

    Hi and welcome!

We could use a little more information - budget, international or domestic, length of stay?
The more info we have, the more helpful we can be!

I always recommend cruises for all-inclusive international travel on a budget, and by Oct. '21 they should be back to operating close to normally.

St. Lucia is a great place to go and you can stay at an all-inclusive resort with bungalow.

I have looked on Sandals at some bungalows, but they are way too expensive... I have been looking at going to St. Lucia through sandals as well! Are there any other websites that are like sandals that I could look at? I’m trying to keep my budget under $6,000.

I have thought about doing a cruise, but I get so motion sick so easily that I don’t think I wanna risk it on our honeymoon😂 that was great advice though! And I’m praying everything will be somewhat normal by the time of our wedding.

I’m thinking to stay 7 night/days. I have never been out of the country before so I’m really wanting to go international! My budget would have to be under $6,000 for the entire vacation. I don’t really know if that’s a realistic price for what we’re wanting to do. So, I think the price could change depending on what we can find. I definitely know I will not be able to afford a bungalow though 😂

Dominican Republic or Jamaica are relatively cheap and you can have a great room/view/activities for $6000. My PERSONAL opinion of Sandals isn't great. There's a lot of amazing and cheaper options.

An over-the-water bungalow for $6000 may be difficult, as those are crazy expensive. El Dorado Suites in Mexico has them, and they may be a bit cheaper than other parts of the Caribbean. In terms of all-inclusive resort chains, I really like Excellence. Secrets is good to. They're both adults only. I have never been to Sandals, but unless you are really into motorized water sports and/or get a much higher class room, they don't seem to be worth the money compared to what you get at a place like Excellence in my opinion.

Check out Secrets resorts! I am heading to one Monday and have already been to five. They are AMAZING and I've never spent more than $5K, usually more like $3K.
