Hi so mom of 4 lovely kiddos here. My fiance and I get married 8/21/21 and have only been able to afford a 3 day stay in a hotel for our honeymoon in our hometown. Does anyone have any ideas to make this honeymoon a little more fun?

Is your hometown touristy in any way? Is there a local museum or attraction you rarely go to?
If not, I'd take advantage of the alone time, and just lounge at the pool, sleep in, and get nice dinners.

I agree with Rebecca! Make reservations at your favorite places (or new places you've been wanting to try), and just enjoy yourselves!!
You can stay in and treat yourselves to some spa appointments, or get out to some fun local attractions!
