Honeymoon

We looked into the same thing. We decided on St. Lucia, 2021. It seems like most of the resorts if not all offer just about the same thing as far as activities and such. For us, it came down to price and style of the rooms that they offered.

We decided on South Coast Jamaica Oct 2020. We're staying 7 days so our wedding is free.

View Quoted Comment We invited family and close friends and those that can make it will be there. We gave everyone 2.5 years to plan and make payments. I stopped worrying about who could, would or should awhile ago. As long as our kids are there is all that matters. I realized during this process that people pick and choose what they deem important. Many that were invited have taken family vacations to other countries but aren't going to our wedding, their loss. Family is fickle, I've had people I just met more excited than those related to us or have known us for years. Do what makes you and your fiance happy, period.

We are currently looking into Sandals St. Lucia and Sandals Jamaica. Both seem nice, and offer similar luxuries. Jamaica has waterfalls, which they are known for, and St. Lucia has volcanos. We will be basing our decision on pricing and excursions, mainly.
