Honeymoon: pandemic edition

Marah, on July 28, 2020 at 1:58 PM Posted in Honeymoon 0 12
So we are trying to plan something that will be amazing and give us great memories
But we first picked Chicago and it’s still bad
Then we picked Florida And it’s now under curfew
And Pittsburgh is not great right now either so we are trying to figure out something. And I have run out of ideas
Anyone with ideas would be appreciated.

Traveling is the tough part especially in hot spots! Since we’re in California - we decided to do a coastal roadtrip from socal to NorCal hitting the outdoor nature spots since indoor activities are not recommended. Maybe doing a roadtrip might work for you and doing a real honeymoon after for redemption Smiley winking

We’re also planning to do a small in-state road trip since there are places we haven’t ever had the chance to go (or haven’t had the chance to take our kids to yet). We’re in CO so we’re thinking Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Bishop’s Castle, Sand Dunes. Is there anywhere you could drive to that you want to go and haven’t been? Maybe look at getting a vacation rental somewhere.

I would do a minimoon on a local scale right now, and postpone your traveling honeymoon until there's a vaccine. (Should be fairly soon.)

    I'm glad you survived.

But most places won't fully open back up until there's a vaccine.

Then things may be closed for a very long time because I heard it’s not fully ready for human trials.
