I'd start by narrowing it down to which part of North America you want to see. Northern, southern, etc. If you want to be near the coast, somewhere tropical, a desert, or in the forest. Do you like it colder or warmer?

Northern like Canada? Southern like Mexico? East coast like Florida or New York? West coast like California or Hawaii? North America's a big place. Let's narrow it down and then I've got lots of rad suggestions. Smiley heart

We’re considering both Northern and Southern options! We live in Alabama. We’re looking at Hawaii, Places in Canada, Colorado or Montana

We don’t want Mexico bc we’ve been there but would consider some of the islands/resorts in Central America!

I just feel like I only get the same typical answers by searching online so wanting other outlooks or recommendations on your favorite spots!

OK awesome! Thanks for the extra info, it definitely helps.

So if your budget is tight, you could always keep AirBnB in mind when looking for a place. Colorado is breathtakingly beautiful and in November there's lots of snow. Picture a beautiful cabin, deer, snowmobiling or skiing.

But if you want to find somewhere a little warmer, Southern California is always really nice. The weather will still be warm (a little chilly in the morning) and there's tons to do, from the beach to the aquariums, museums, amusement parks, vineyards, etc. There's a little bit of everything to do there for everyone. And there's always Vegas, too! It's a little cliché but still a ton of fun.

I haven't been to Central America so I'm at a loss there. The further south you go, the nicer the weather will get! And I think hurricane season is nearly over in November down there. I also haven't been to Canada but wouldn't want to go in November (I do not like the cold). But I have always wanted to visit - I heard that some places are just as nice as visiting Paris, but I don't know how true that is. I like to think it's very true. LOL.

And of course, Hawaii can be a very fun option. Haven't been there either but have bunches of friends and family who have lived there. I lived in Okinawa for a long time and it's supposedly very similar in temperament. Hopefully we'll be heading to Hawaii in the next couple of years ourselves - we're hoping to cruise there!

I highly recommend Costa Rica, Canada, Chicago, or New York. I went to Toronto recently and I loved it and had a great time. November can be cold and I did go during Thanksgiving and it was cold but I afforded the snow. If you do not want to avoid snow in then I would stay more southern. Los Angeles is also amazing! Costa Rica is great for nature and Panama is also cool.
