Well, I am sure other shave been in my situation. I was completely excited about our honeymoon [we are getting married January '09] and wanted to take a tropical get-a-way cruise.
And since we have a 2 year old daughter, I was in heaven about taking a week away from life to just have time with me and him since we haven't spent anytime alone since she was born [we have no family or friends around to help out...except when they visit twice a year but we still don't have time together].
So we planned this 5 day cruise to the Bahamas and now he said his job will not let him off work to go. Bummer!!!!
I was really disappointed at first, but starting to get over the fact that after we get married we both are going straight back to work the following day.
Anyone else dealt with this and what other things could we do to have our wedding night be extra special since that will be the only time we have in private.
