Honeymoon canceled

My honeymoon cruise is April 13th. Booked a resort in the Keys we can drive to instead.

Is your honeymoon cruise canceled due to the coronavirus? We having a honeymoon cruise and now I’m thinking maybe we should think of a plan b as well.

Aw I’m sorry. A cruise sounds fun. Maybe you guys can do something mini and local before you guys reschedule a bigger honeymoon

My contingency plan is a ceremony and reception at my nieces house ( she’s got a huge home and nice yard). Reception later if needed. I’ve got about 2 months and moving ahead like we’re getting married. We were doing a driving vacation and may still do so. We’re just making sure if we reserve hotel or Airbnb that we get refund.

Our wedding is still on.
We may have people no show, but we think for now, it's on.
And I really don't want to change that.We are looking into ways to possibly stream or video the ceremony, since my grandma's nursing home is on lockdown.
Our honeymoon. Oh boy. I've been so relieved this whole time that we chose to wait 3 weeks to go on our honeymoon because I didnt think I could handle wedding and honeymoon stress. I'm now hoping we will be able to fly and have our Disney World vacation. We aren't feeling confident about our cruise afterward. But we have some backup plans for that.

If it's a cruise they should be contacting you to reschedule. Most work places right now are also planning on the flexibility they will need to have in the coming months. ( our cruise is also cancelled) we are planning to reschedule for sometime after May.

View Quoted Comment Oh man. So many things changed so fast. 3 days later I pulled the plug. We were able to get married with just our officiant, parents and MOH and Best Man present. Full ceremony and reception in October on Halloween. So excited!
Honeymoon cruise cancelled and rescheduled.
Disney World going to be rescheduled as well. Eventually.And I'm happy and totally ok with it all!

They gave the option to reschedule but we like everyone else at this point we're grounded. Now we are just hanging out at home. 14 days married enjoying each other. It went so fast but was amazing

The cruise line canceled our cruise as well. I see that you said you’ve been married 14 days now. Congratulations!!!!! Did you and your husband end up having the wedding ceremony? I feel the same way as you did, I will be getting married regardless If the wedding is postponed or not!
