Check with your credit card! Certain cards give you discounts or a percentage more of your points if you go through them (ex: I have a chase sapphire card and they will convert your points to cash for travel and give you 25percent more. Plus they have occasional deals for various resorts)

Costco travel has some really good deals on all inclusive trips

But i always recommend that you also check out the individual hotels you're interested in to see if they have specials themselves.. then compare them to what you see on the other sites offering specials ..like trip advisor and stlucia.org.
