Holy bride brain!

I made my wedding planner with my cricut & designed the cover with Mrs & Mrs intertwined with rings....I didn’t notice for about 5 minutes after....btw my husband is not a Mrs😂

I completely spaced on meeting a friend for lunch earlier this week. We had made the plans last week and I NEVER forget stuff like that. She texted me from the restaurant, 15 minutes after we were supposed to meet, and I was like “Oh, &$!%!!!”

I’m still 4 1/2 months out but I profusely apologized and then asked if it was too early to blame bride brain.

OMG that’s too funny 😆 I’m not there yet, I’m thinking probably when we’re a month away, I’ll have stories to share lol.

I had to rewrite half of my thank you cards for the guest from my bridal shower. Because I spelled so many things wrong! Yesterday I went shopping for decorations and i paid for everything. Walked out of the store and got to my car, only to realize I forgot all my bags.

Hahaha I’m not there yet as I have a long time to go but at least now I can know what to expect!

Hey Gen! I thought about your bridal brain moment as flipped through this bridal magazine. At least you caught your mistake early on! These two never did and it was published in a magazine!

I bought Sola wood flowers and put together all the bouquets, bouts and corsages. My mom and I were putting name tags on them two days before the wedding. All of a sudden I realized I miscounted and needed two more corsages! We wrote names down and counted just to be sure. I gathered my extra materials and made them that night. Problem solved! .... But there's more...
Wedding day gets here and we are getting ready in the bridal suite. I start handing out the corsages. .... And I start laughing. My mom asks what was going on and I tell her...I never needed to make the extras.... We both counted bridesmaids although they had bouquets!!! 😂
Bride brain is real!!!

I swore I told my bridal party that we'd resolved the ceremony space issue, but apparently I hadn't.

Thought I was on top of things, but... nope. Some things just slip by!

I hand delivered an invitation to a church member with the wrong name...then when I got home I realized I had wrote that members name on two different envelopes!

Hahaha, I've done that sooo many times with my MOH! She and I went to middle school, high school, and college together... in middle school and high school we lived 5 minutes away, and in college we were roommates part of the time and lived very close by part of the time...... so I'm used to seeing her several times a week and catching up on every dull detail of our lives hahah. But then she moved across the country about a year ago, and since then I realized I have this tendency to not tell her things because I assume that I MUST HAVE told her, but I didn't...? Lol. So many wedding-related things especially I've been like "oh well you know how we're having my friend play the flute for our ceremony" and she's like ".....no I did not know that, since when??" It happens
