Has anyone ordered from there before? I was looking into bands. I want to know shipping time, quality, ease of service, etc. Yes I am aware I can look at reviews but I like the back and forth I can get with actual people here.

Hey N! I personally haven't ordered from Holden before, but I'd be willing to give them a chance based off of their reviews. My only concern would be how new the company is, having launched only in April. Though it seems like they've got good quality rings and are quite easy to work with, I would order rings from them earlier rather than later, just to counteract any bumps in the road with the shipping.
If you're looking to buy your wedding ring online, you could also check out the suggestions in these discussions and see if there are any thoughts on Holden there.
