You can probably have some custom made with better quality silk flowers on etsy for a similar price. Or just order the individual flowers for cheaper. That's what I'm looking into

We ordered some through sola wood flowers. They have one of their bouquet kits on sale for 40 with a 50%off code too so everything you need to make a bouquet for $20. Requires some DIY but they are really cool.

Can you dye these? or is it just paint?

You dye them. They can send you some of their colors or I've heard you can take acrylic paint and mix it with water to make your own colors. I used rust orange, cranberry, and toasted coconut on these because the kit i got came with 3 colors. They're easy to dye and just let them dry overnight. The only ones you might have trouble dyeing are the roses, they tend to unravel because they're so delicate.

It's more work than a hobby lobby one for sure so that's something to consider. We're DIYing a lot so I don't mind the extra work to save money as opposed to real flowers. I'm sure you could still stay with a budget with something premade too
