Hire! 1
Is there a business you can hired other than a wedding planner who can move chairs , make sure the center pieces are correct?

I think a wedding planner or day of coordinator would be your best bet. You may be able to hire the vendor you rented to assist with chairs? Most florist will make sure their arrangements look perfect before leaving. Does your venue have a day of contact that you could ask what they would charge to help?

Honestly, I'd use a wedding professional that has an established business and a reputation to protect. The caterer usually moves the chairs. They may have an add on service for helping with decor

We hired a church youth group to set up tables and chairs. My mom will be in charge of centerpieces.

I asked my town's Facebook group for that exact thing and found someone wonderful. She arranged our Sam's club flowers in our mason jars and other jars for us. Her hubby put babies breath in our birdcage, too. Then she went and decorated our venue which was a private room in a restaurant. She even helped the waiters give out the cake. She was awesome! And the best thing is she only charged me $75. I gave her a $25 tip since.
