Himalayan salt centerpiece

Lauralou, on June 27, 2017 at 10:02 AM Posted in Style and Décor 0 10

Was wondering if anyone had seen centerpiece arrangements that included succulents and Himalayan salts (was thinking the ones you can put tea lights in.) I'm thinking navy, peach and golds and mixing in green succulents and vines. Do people use fake tea lights or real flames? One would think real tea light candles wouldn't last too long? Thanks for your input!

Hurray! We extended our date so we could do something more thought out and stress free and I'm having so much fun putting everything together!

We are doing fake tea lights that way my decorator (who is my aunt) can turn them on, leave for the wedding, and then when people arrive for the reception it is already set up!

This is such a creative idea. I am in love with the Himalayan salts!! We are doing planters with succulents and some geometric containers. We are using real candles - hopefully they'll last. Our reception is around 4 hours, so I don't think it will be an issue. Not sure how long tea lights will burn though...they may only last 1-2 hours.

Such a cool idea! I'm doing succulents and would have never thought to pair them with salt lamps!
