High set E-ring

The first ring is the one FH proposed with. It was so bulky and sat so high I couldn't stand wearing it for the rest of my life haha. The second ring is the one we designed together and I LOVE it. It suits me much better, and I never hit it on anything.

Mine is kind of high and at the most, I hit it on door frames and such when I'm walking around at work. I also scratch myself and DH sometimes. Having my wedding bands helps a little but not much.

I take mine off when doing my hair as it does occasionally catch on it. I do have very long hair though

I'm very active with working out, lifting weights... mine doesn't bother me... and doesn't often get caught on my clothes. That could be because of my oval stone shape.

I do hit it on things... but it has never been damaged.

My ring is set high(similar to KT's ring) when I first got engaged, I hit it on everything and would get it caught in the cash drawers at work. Now I am use to it so i don't hit it as much.

Mine is pretty normal, however FMIL's is set really high. It's actually her second ring (same husband!) and she pretty much hates it. It's also marquise shaped. It catches on everything and she also has to take it off at night because she and FFIL would wake up with scratches from it!

Here is mine - the only time i ever notice is when i wear gloves or put my hands in my coat pockets. i only take it off when i shower!

I guess mine is kinda high set, we specifically asked for it to be as low set as possible but wanted to be able to fit a straight wedding band up against it, so it still had to be pretty raised. It doesn’t really get caught on much... mostly just can’t put my hand in my pocket lol but not that I’d do that much anyway. I take it off to shower usually but sometimes if I forget and shower with it, it doesn’t really interfere much!

My ring is super high set because the band itself is really thick and then the stone sits high on top of it.. Google Verragio rings for examples!

I got used to it very quickly and almost never take it off! I would recommend wearing your ring on a chain if you have to take it off for sports or activities, or just leaving it at home.
