Hiding battery packs?

Maybe add some nice beads or something like that around it?

I would suggest moss, beads or glass pebbles if you want the light to reflect more.

wrap something around the bottom.. flowers... stick on jewels... ribbon.... cover it with rocks or sand... was looking into the same thing myself .. i might go with decorating the bottom with ribbon

Maybe greenery or small rocks or fake pearls?

Paint the bottom half of the vase then attach a monogram sticker or stencil & paint, wrap it in jute or ribbon, you could even hot glue moss or sand depending on what your theme is

Marbles or beach glass inside to reflect more light and stabilize the pack. Then a ribbon or band outside to hide.

I like the idea of painting the bottom - is gold or silver a color of yours? Something like this...

My mom and I are doing the same thing but we decided to put the vase in a basket with pine cones to hide the battery pack. Not only will it hide it but it will be easier to turn it off and on.
This is just a rough idea of what we plan on doing. Obviously the basket will be full of pine cones and we decided to paint them all the same color.

I made some my sis in-laws wedding we used pebbles and wrapped the vase in burlap with lace
