Help!!

So I recently had to let my planner go. I am getting a DOC. My wedding is a little less than 10 months away so I have time. I am supposed to get a break down to the DOC so she can determine the cost. I am trying to save as much money as possible, so I am trying to minimize her duties by having everything in order. Everything has been pretty easy so far, but I have hit a wall as it pertains to my bar. My venue only allows beer, wine, champagne, and malt liquor(like Smirnoff in the glass bottles) no hard liquor. The facility said that they would allow a signature drink with hard liquor to be served, but we can't have the bottles on the property. Meaning, we must mix the drinks before we go. I am wondering how I could transport that to the facility? Can bar tenders serve drinks they didn't mix? I have NO idea how I am supposed to pull this off.

So I was initially going to have a diy boba bar at my venue which meant we had to make the boba and tea and transport it to the venue beforehand so they can set up. So we were going to use these big drink dispensers or those five gallon containers they use for coolers. We ended up not doing the diy boba bar for the venue just because it was logistically kind of annoying to deal with but that's what we were initially planning. Hope that helps.

That sounds unusual. If they are saying you can bring the mixed drink yourself and their bartenders will serve it then I guess that's allowed, but it does sound like a lot of work for you and your DOC, and if you're looking to simplify things this might be worth skipping. Sticking to beer and wine and champagne and soft drinks would be enough for me. But your DOC or the venue might have suggestions about what other couples have done

Ok I have experience here in VA i went to a wedding like this where they were only allowed to serve hard liquor the same way in signature drinks well little did they know my cousin planned for her audience she had two signature drinks which were NY ice tea( she’s from NY and it was your basic Long Island Ice tea super strong) and she had a VA lemonade ( grooms drink was a blackberry whiskey lemonade)
Transport the drinks were made in (4) 5 gallon containers the big orange ones including the fruit for the blackberry lemonade( blackberry and lemon) instead of soda for the NY ice tea we did actual Ice tea. Transport was easy the guys took to hall earlier in the morning the bartenders had it in the nice glass displays and served it like that. It went off without a problem and we even had 1.5 containers left over for in impromptu bbq the next day!

UPDATE: I found a company that designed 2 signature drinks for us and will deliver it for free! We just pay for the 12 gallons (we have 140 guests) I found 3 gallon drink dispensers for $17 each. I can mark that off my list!
