Help with asking Grandfather to walk me down the aisle

Okay so my dad passed away nearly four years ago and I am searching for a special way to ask my grandfather to walk me down the aisle. I would prefer a poem or anything that doesn't involve me actually saying the words and explaining it out loud. I know there is no way I could get the words out without crying, and we will be surrounded by people (I'm sure it would be one of those big ugly cries too by the way haha) So if anyone knows of anything please please share!
