Help! What is going on with my website? First my registry drops off my page now my entire website is unavailable

Is anyone else’s website on the fritz?? I have 44 more days until my wedding I have been contacting Support and no one is responding to me and now my entire website is down with no notification! See below correspondence:

Now it’s saying my website is not available because it cannot connect to the server! What is going on? Please respond!!
