I found my wedding gown, yayyy! I just have one small problem. When I bought my gown I completely forgot that my venue doesnt allow glitter and I didnt realize the glitter on my gown sheds so it never even dawned on me. It does say in the contract if we bring in glitter there is a $200 clean up fee so worse case scenario I guess were stuck paying that 🤦‍♀️ I really dont want to give up my dress. I tried on a bunch of different gowns, different styles ect and this was the only one that gave me the feels, I had tears in my eyes, my heart raced, its definitely THE ONE. Does anyone have advice on what to do? Is there a way to seal in the glitter or am I just stuck taking the loss on a clean up fee?

Just pay the fee and dont let it stress you out. If this is THE ONE then wear it!! but i have a hard time believing it will leave that much glitter around the venue

Anything you use to seal the glitter might ruin your dress. But you shouldn’t have to give up your dress! I would just deal with the clean up fee.
