Help on Wording for After Party insert

I'm making our wedding invitation suite, and have everything done but the after party insert. I'm just stuck on the wording. We're having a 10:30am ceremony and brunch reception, assume things will wrap up around 2pm. That evening all family and friends from out of town are invited over to brother-in-law's house for a casual evening. We're catering Babe's fried chicken, will have lawn games, so all very relaxed. Here's what I have so far, but it's definitely not there yet...

Any suggestions on wording?

Are you going to only include it in the invitations for out of town guests?

Yes I've set up the inserts so only the family and out of town guests receive welcome reception and after party inserts in addition to the reception and rsvp card. It's quite the project!
