Help ! need a baker - delicious cake not mediocre

HELLO my beautiful Brides to be Any bakers that have beautiful work AND delicious cakes ? i tried 3 bakers / store fronts & i was so disappointed. The cakes were dry and there was no Wow factor. I’m in the San Fernando Valley in California so i’m close to lots of surrounding cities in Los Angeles. Any recommendations would be appreciated wonderful! Please & TY!
