Help my dress is at David’s bridal

Mine is there too haha. I decided to get a back up dress at lulus. They're really inexpensive and shipping was great and the dress is beautiful. It needed limited alterations that we did ourselves. My wedding isnt until may 9th but we are just doing a backyard elopement. I'll wear my real wedding dress to our august wedding.

Ok, so try their text number: 38201. I was able to get my dress shipped to me next day after fighting with customer service for awhile. They should still have people there that can get you your dress, but you probably won't be able to do curbside anymore. Most cities are on super lockdown including David's Bridal.

Depending on which state you are in, they might have been required to close.

My dress is at David's Bridal too. I text them and my dress is in. However i asked them about alterations if I need it. I was told that that i can have my dress shipped to me or I let them hold onto it and make an appointment to get my dress altered if necessary. I opted to let them hold my dress and I made an appointment with them for the month of May to try it on to see if it needs any alterations.

I agree it could be worth trying the text number Kathryn posted, or try their general customer service online.
Even if they're closed they might be sending people in to get the dresses to ship out, even if your state/area is in lockdown. My dress's at a David's Bridal in NJ, which has been shut down for a couple weeks. The store manager contacted me late last week and offered to ship it to me. It was there for alterations though, and she said they were complete. My sister's MOH dress was in a different David's Bridal for alterations too, and I think they're shipping hers to her house since that store is closed too (this is in Texas)
It might depend on the store, but I'd be surprised that they won't let you have your dress even if it needs alterations. They'd probably let you bring it back for the alterations appointment. The David's Bridal where I bought my dress said I had to get it within 7 days of its arrival, then bring it back to my alterations appointment because they don't have enough space to store all of them.

My store contacted me individually and asked me if I’d like my accessory to my dress shipped to me and I received an email a few days before that saying stores would be calling to see if they should ship items to you or hold onto them. So like everyone else said, I’d try the text line or I’d call general customer service to see if you can have it shipped to you. Mine arrived the next day after I spoke with them, so it was a quick ship.

Spoke to them today. Was supposed to pick up my dress on Saturday for my 04/09 wedding. New policy has them closed completely and not even doing curbside pickup anymore until after 04/30. I ordered a dress from Lulus.

I tried to get a hold of them for a different reason. Nonetheless their agents were unavailable by phone, so I texted and got a reply within a few hours, and they were able to help me with what I needed.

I had the same issue. My David's bridal called me and offered to ship my dress to me for free since I couldn't pick it up. I am not in a rush but if you can get ahold of them I would ask about this.
