Help me!! Reschedule to November 2020 or on a Friday next year?

I really need help deciding from other brides. Our venue has told us we have to wear masks the entire time unless we are sitting down to eat at dinner. Since it’s only 3 weeks away we will have to pay in full the remaining balance if we cancel so that’s out of the question. They gave use two options for rescheduling. Reschedule for November 14, 2020 or on a Friday for next year. I’m leaning towards us still getting married on our original date at the court house and rescheduling it to a Friday of next year since we’ve basically already paid for it. Wearing masks the entire time is just not an option for us and I don’t know if everything will be cleared up by November. What would you do? Any and all advice is welcomed!
