Help me plan this for my fiancé

Need help !!! Tying to find a venue for our ceremony and reception, I’m trying to do it and take care of it for my fiancé so she does not have to stress but we have a small budget only have about 10k to work with trying to find somewhere she loves but save as much money as possible we live in Southern California and it feels like it’s impossible to find somewhere that will work with our budget and have all the food and drinks and venue to do it ! If anyone has ideas or suggestions please help 🙏🙏🙏
Our wedding date is preferred February 7th if not the 7th then the 5th of February
