So far it is between these two dresses. The first one is from a boutique, the sleeves turn into a bow and it has my fave type oof sleeves. But is is $800 more and has 0 sparkles (the belt was added for sparkle). The second one is from David’s bridal, my mom and I (mom is paying) love it, it is breezy (wedding will be in Costa Rica) but it is itchy and the tulle isn’t high quality. Does anyone know if there is a quality version of the second one? Is it worth an extra $800 for nicer tulle and not-itchiness?
