Help me choose??

With jambalaya and chicken fettuccine as the main entrees.. pick 2 sides (we already have items to accommodate vegetarians and those with food allergies)

Green beans and green salad maybe? Since the two entrees have carbs in them. You could also do one of those with a baked potato?

Definitely at least one should be a veggie since fettuccine and jambalaya are (deliciously) carby. I think the salad or green beans would be good!

Since you have rice and pasta, I’d go with veggies rather than more starches. Are you doing salads too?

I woudl not want to eat mashed potatoes or mac and cheese with pasta and/or jambalaya. I definitely think you should do a salad and green beans.

I agree with others that a salad and green beans goes best with jambalaya and fettuccine.

Definitely green beans and green salad. The other options (although delicious) are too starchy and carby to put with jambalaya and fettuccine.

I would definitely do green salad and green beans. Since both main dishes are pretty carb heavy.

Salad and green beans or corn, to offset the carbs in the entrees

I think a regular green salad is always a safe bet, and so is mashed potatoes!

I would pick two vegetables since you already have two starches as your main dishes. Green bean casserole, green beans, corn, or salad.

Green Beans & the green salad sounds like the best options to me.

I'm a sucker for green bean casserole and mashed potatoes, so those would be my choices.

The entrees are pretty carb heavy so I would do green salad and a slaw to brighten up the menu.
