Help making a digital seating display!

Hi there!

I am getting married this Saturday and I am pretty set. I just finished my seating chart. Now I need to create a digital seating board basically. For the life of me I can't figure out what it's called. Please see image attached. How did you create yours? Thank you in advice for the help!!

I did one of these for my Bridal Shower! My mom needed help with it so I do it for her. On Etsy, they are just called 'Seating Chart Template' or 'Seating Chart Board'.
