Head Table with Dates

My fiance and I are doing a table for just us and everyone else sits with who they want. No seating chart. It is going to be long tables anyway so we are letting people sit where ever. Its also in my back yard so its a large space

I love that you're focusing on making people in the bridal party comfortable! We have so many of our close friends and family up there that I want it to be more like a fun table where we can all interact rather than the typical row of people staring out at the other guests. We have 4 groomsmen and 4 bridesmaids. All but 2 of them will for sure have dates and the other two might still bring someone by that time. We also know and are close with a lot of their sig. others so I think it adds to the fun having them up there.

I also was thinking of doing a U-Shaped lay out of the tables and maybe even having people in the bridal party seated on both sides (facing each other for better conversation). FH and I wouldn't have anyone in front of us so that other guests can still see us. Thank you for your tips!

I vote for the sweetheart table every time. This makes it sooo much easier for everyone involved.
