Sweet heart table! After experiencing both the head table and just a sweetheart table. As a bridesmaid the head table was incredibly awkward as I could not sit with my significant other and felt uncomfortable.

Me too! Hated it. But that was at least 15 years ago for me. Glad a sweetheart table is more common now.

FH and I will be seated at a Sweetheart table with my family at a table next to me and his at a table next to him. Wedding party and their SOs all get their own table Smiley smile

We are having a non-traditional wedding through and through. We are older and have kids on both sides. My Son (27) is our officiant. No wedding party. We want to sit with our grown children for the reception. Our way of displaying our combined family.

Sweetheart table. Our bridal party can sit with their significant others and enjoy the rest of the evening and have fun. All our guests will know who's in the wedding party.

I did neither we care less being the center of attention so we sat at table close to dance floor for food, and toasts I’m so glad we did that!

We did a headtable. but that's cause i had to pay extra for a sweetheart table so that's what threw me off from it. otherwise i probably would have gone with sweetheart table if it was included free

We planned on doing a sweetheart table but might not be able to with Covid restrictions, so will probably just do a regular table if we cannot do a sweetheart table. I never liked the idea of a head table and we have uneven wedding parties so it wouldn't work well for us.

We are doing a sweetheart table mostly because we have a few people in our wedding party that would prefer to sit with their significant others/families.

I really don't like the idea of a sweetheart table. Neither FH or I like being the centre of attention but I also think it impractical i.e. it's a lot easier to rustle up the bridesmaids to say 'hey can you help me with my dress? I need to pee' when the people you need are right next to you!

We are doing a huge head table with 16-18 people. It will include me, my FH, the bridal party and their spouses/partners. All of my bridal party lives out of state so I rarely see them and I want to spend time with them. My FH and I currently live together and we have a lifetime together. We are excited to be seated with our friends.

We're doing a head table with all our wedding party! We found it's more fun to sit with your friends and family but are making sure we get a moment to ourselves after the ceremony. Plus, I don't want everyone watching me eat - I'll already be nervous!

We are doing a sweetheart table. We figured that our small wedding party would prefer to sit with their SOs and that we would get interrupted frequently so others should enjoy their meal uninterrupted.
