Head table question: Where do I sit my bridal party's significant other?

I really want a head table. There are members of my bridal party who are married, and I've been trying to figure out how to seat the couples. A head table is typically for just the party, but I'm left with trying to figure out where their significant others are seated.

I had this issue as well so we decided to have a giant table with us, our bridal party and their dates (about 20 people). People will be sitting on both sides of the table except in front of us. According to my coordinator it is called a "Kings Table."
