Head Table Dilemma

My FH and I are doing a sweetheart table. Our bridal party will be sitting with their plus ones with the other guests at our wedding.

Just like PP said, we’re doing a sweetheart table so people with significant others in our wedding party can sit with them and other guests

We did a sweetheart table as well and bridal party sat with their spouse/SO.

We also did a sweetheart table and had our bridal party seated with the rest of the guests at tables with SOs and other family/friends.

We also have an uneven wedding party. We are going to Italian style seating - 2 super long banquet tables that seat all our guests (rather than separating everyone into lots of round tables). FH and I will be sitting in the center of one of the tables & our wedding party members will be seated next to us with their significant others.

I was in a wedding recently where there was 2 groomsmen and 3 bridesmaids. They allowed everyone in the party and their SO sit at the head table with them. It was a bit cramped but it still worked.

We did a sweetheart table and sat our bridesmaids & groomsmen with their significant others, kids & friends. They didn't all sit together. They were much happier sitting with people they know.

I am having a special table for the spouses to sit and only having the wedding party at the head table. You could also ask your wedding party how they feel. Their partners may not feel as though they want to be in the spotlight.
