Has anyone tried on/bought a Hayley Paige dress? I've been looking at them recently and love so many of them!

@MrsPotts I'm quite tall so I wanted to know if they run long, if they're true to size, and if overall the people who bought one of her dresses like it.

I bought the Nicoletta but it hasn't come in yet. Hayley Paige is not true to size and runs on bridal sizing (small). Not sure if they run long since I'm only 5'2, but I wouldn't be surprised if you can request extra length if you need it. I love her dresses.

ETA: You won't find many non- HP Blush in the 2k range. Nicoletta is one of the more affordable ones at $3,300. That being said, there are a lot of second hand gowns available and definitely take advantage of a trunk show discount if you can.

Thanks so much for the information! My dress budget is between $3000-$5000 so it seems to be in my price range. I'm also a size 4 in dress so that's really good to know!

@MrsPotts I'll be shopping in NJ, specifically Bridal Garden in Marlton.

The blush line is definitely more affordable. I think I've only seen 1 gown in the 2k range for the straight HP line. I tried my gown on at two different bridal stores and the price was the same at both.

@Nicole - which gowns are you considering?!

@VegasWed honestly I love so many of them I think the list would be too long! But pretty much everything ball gown and possibly a-line. I won't be able to actually decide which style I like best until I start trying things on

I was an HP bride & now manage the salon where I bought my gownSmiley smile Her line is amazing, they are typically showstoppers and are soooo easy to fall in love withSmiley smile

I wouldn't worry about your height, as there's usually an option with HP to add extra length to a dress with extra fee. If you end up being measured to purchase one of her gowns, make sure to ask the stylist if you should order extra length--it'll also be helpful if you have an idea of what heel height you plan to wear, as that may be deciding factor on whether you need the extra length or not.

Your budget is in the right place to land in one of her gowns. She does have a few in the $3k range, ball gowns in that price point are Behati & Decklyn. The more embellished ball gowns like Hayley, Arlo, & Collins will run you towards the $4-5K range. She is worth every penny!! I ended up doubling what I thought I would spend on gown (and pulling budget from other areas of wedding that wouldn't affect guests) and never regretted it!!

Happy to answer any other questions you might have!

Oh! Sizing-wise we find she runs even smaller than other bridal designers. Typically 3 sizes above street size (most bridal designers are about 2). Don't sweat what the number says inside the gown, all that truly matters is that it fits you well!

I am IN LOVE with HP dresses! I wish my budget allowed for her more embellished designs as they are stunning! I tried on Hayley and Decklyn at Nordstrom about a month ago and loved them both. I wasn't a huge fan of the stripes on the Decklyn, but I realized my love for handkerchief skirts through that dress!

I'm currently waiting for the Spring 2017 Blush line to come into the salons near me. I'm in love love love with the Pepper gown. It's a little above my budget, but I'm willing to adjust other areas if I love it in person as much as I love it online.

@Kir1112, do you think I'd need a custom hem if I ordered HP? I'm 5'9" and probably won't wear any heels.

@Caitlyn, 5'8"/5'9" is usually right around we would consider it if you were going to wear a heel, so it's a tough call. Your store can prob reach out to their HP rep and see what the length measurement is on a specific gown & size to make sure you would be good

Btw if the stripes on Decklyn were all you didn't like about that gown, she does do it in a solid fabric Smiley smile

I tried one on because I thought it was so cute and fun, it was my runner up. I'm 5'9 and the dress fit me perfectly. It was about $2,999 if I remember correctly? It was very light considering the amount of material. I believe it was a size 10? HP dresses are beautiful! I ended up getting a different dress because it suited my vision better. Ignore the facial express I was caught off guard!

I was obsessed with HP gowns too! She was out of my price range though. So I admired on Pinterest and skipped what I couldn't afford. I'm wearing Maggie Sottero

    @Kir1112, thanks! I didn't even consider if I'd need a custom hem.

The Nordstrom associate told me it can come in solid white organza Smiley smile Is it the same price though, or more/less? I didn't even think to ask when she mentioned that. I think $3000 would probably be my absolute max on a dress pre-alterations.

My dream dress was Londyn (picture attached), I made an appointment at the bridal salon I went to because I knew they specifically had Hayley Paige, went there and they told me it was 2800... too much outside my price range, which was fine because I saw it in the store and the material didn't feel very comfortable. I ended up getting a dress with a very similar layered skirt.

At my alterations appointment I mentioned to the seamstress that the Londyn dress was the one I wanted, and she told me that Hayley Paige really only designs for smaller women like herself, so she told me that the structure of her dresses aren't as good for women with bigger chests. I think her dresses are super flirty and gorgeous but I'm glad I ended up with the dress I have! But from your comments, if she's in your budget I think you should absolutely go for it! Be sure to post a picture when you find your dress (:
