Looking for good deals, nice boats, 2 weeks, and a buyable package for drinks. Any suggestions?

I’ve been on many cruises (number 18 coming up in Sept!) so I obviously love them. Hawaii is on my list of go-to destinations (probably for our 1-year anniversary) but definitely not as a cruise. Is there a particular reason you want to do Hawaii via cruise ship rather than as a land vacation?

Also, in case you weren’t aware, foreign flagged ships are prohibited from transporting passengers from one US port to another without stopping at a foreign port first due to the Passenger Vessel Services Act. Every single cruise ship flies a foreign flag except for ONE Norwegian Cruise Lines ship. If you want a true Hawaiian cruise (embarking and de arming in Hawaii) this is your ONLY option. If you don’t mind beginning your cruise in California and ending in either Hawaii or California, with a mandatory stop in Mexico, then you can consider other cruise lines.

Mmm, cost and it's our first cruise so we want to do something easy and comfortable. Since we want to do one of the 2 week long ones, we'll be able to see all of the major spots and islands and figure out where we'd like to spend the money for a land trip.👍

We have one that picks us up in Vancouver and disembarking in Seattle we're looking at. Convenient since we live in Tacoma, Washington about 2 hours from Seattle. 😊

I understood. Thanks for all of the info! Should we have passports because of the foreign waters, or will Washington state ids be enough?

That should be pretty convenient then. Just wanted to let you know about the limitations with Hawaiian cruises and that you can't strictly do an inter-island cruise unless you choose Norwegian.

If the cruise embarks in Vancouver, you'll need a passport to get into Canada.
