Hawaii

I absolutely loved Kauai, and that’s where we are having our wedding. We live in LA so going somewhere that feels secluded and quiet is just amazing.

We booked our Oahu stay through Orbitz, but when I was looking around I found a few travel agencies in the local area who were willing to help out and book things. I did find that their prices weren't the best though, which is why we ended up with Orbitz. For us it was more important to not go broke on a hotel or flights - the costs for things like the Disney resort they have were enormous! My advice is to research hotels in your price level yourself. If you want to island hop, budget that too. We're staying on Oahu for longer because there's more to do and we found a good deal for the hotel.

View Quoted Comment No, it’s the one away from the big island. It’s called the garden island. It takes an hour to get to the other side cause there isn’t a road that cuts in the middle, you have to go around the whole island to get to the other side. Oahu is cool too, more civilization and very touristy.

We haven’t booked our honeymoon yet but we’ve got it planned out in our heads. Haha we are doing Kauai and Hawaii. Lots of adventure-y things to do on Kauai and absolutely beautiful.
